All of my feelings about the fair pale in comparison to how I feel about my new favorite dessert, fried oreos. I know it sounds like a dubious concept, but y'all, they are SO GOOD.

I was able to make it out to the fair not once, but twice this year - it was quite the social week! My first excursion was with the delightful and talented Caitie, and for the second I had the opportunity to host Shannon and Hillary-Anne on their way through town as they headed to Montana.
