I don’t know how people exist without National/State Parks in close proximity. Or REALLY good burgers, for that matter.

Somehow, I had never been to the Trading Post in Palo Duro Canyon. Needless to say, I grabbed myself some lunch dates and that little issue was promptly fixed. In addition to the best assortment of touristy souvenirs, they serve the best burgers and fries. As if I needed any more excuses to head out there on a regular basis…
